The Happy Act Tail

Posted by admin on December 19th, 2009

It has been in the news for a few months, but I’m all for it and we need  to spread the word more.

Proposed Tax Break for Pet Owners: Will it Pass?

The following video will explain it all.

I adopt my animals from shelters and I care for them day and night for there whole lives. I’m good to my animals and spoil them whenever I can. A tax right off for caring for my pets financially would be nice. Then I would have more money to spend on them….hopefully.

Who could say no to these furry ones? . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .  .

Blog card Sharing: Breeze and Harley received a lovely card from the The Kool~Kittie~Krew . I thought it was really nice of them. Thank you Skeeter, King, Pandora, Cricket, Shannon and Family.

Update: I wrote a post awhile back called  Sharks and Fossils Tail

In it I told you about A auction for the fossils of “Samson”, Tyramosaurus rex.

I just heard that the auction fell through and that The Oregon Museum of Science and Industry is showing it for now.

Current: The other day, we received a new shower door replacement and  the box had to make a stop at the front door to be inspected from our exert, Harley. No box is to big for Harley and of course no box is to small either.

Oh Christmas Tree Tail

Posted by admin on December 12th, 2009

Every year when Christmas roles around I remember Breezy’s first.  We had a smaller fake tree and decided to put it on top of a table to keep our new kitten, Breeze, away from it.

I had a hunch and decided to not decorate it for a few days. My hunch was good because Breeze took that tree down several times. The tree was 5 feet tall, so I know it scared her and she eventually learned that whatever she was doing to the tree was causing it to go down.

My husband and I are unable to break her of licking, chewing and eating of wrapping paper and ribbons. She is going to be 12 years old in February and is set in her ways. We just don’t decorate the gifts much. I do allow her with supervision to play with a ornament on occasion. Without further ado, here is Breezy’s ornament fun………………….

Kitty Foil Ball Tail

Play Ball!

Play Ball!

Breeze and I had fun the other day with a simple, cheap, homemade foil ball.

It was hard to play ball and take pictures, so I  was only able to catch one good shot to share with you.

I enjoy listening to the “Kitty” song by the Presidents Of The United States, so here it is….

Enjoy this video, seeing the world through a cats view.

Winter Is Upon Us Tail-BRrrrrr…

Posted by admin on December 2nd, 2009

BRrrr…Chilly at night now in Vegas.  It does get cold hear and sometimes freezing. I apologize for not getting around to the blog world. I’ve been busy with my shop, my Husband-gets sick often, robbing Peter to pay Paul, wishing Las Vegas wasn’t #83/100 cities recovering from economy, wising I had work and just trying to stay sane.

Enough of that! Shoo.. shoo-Bad stuff!

Sharing some fun:

Hey Birdie!

Hey Birdie!

A winter snow man bird toy is a new item to arrive in my Etsy shop.  Shayna-a friends bird loved the one I made her, so bird toys are probably going to make a regular appearance in my shop.

Enjoy the funny animal video. You can fast forward. It does actually end at 6.5 minutes.

My animals are what keep my spirits up and keep me sane.

Have a wonderful week and weekend!
