Poppy Foundation Tail

Posted by admin on January 27th, 2010

I have discovered another great pet charity right here in Las Vegas, NV. -The Poppy Foundation. Visit the foundations website to read the tail of the kitty named  Poppy that started the wonderful work that this charity does.  I just made a donation in honor of Poppy to sponsor Hope.

Harley is not camera shy and wanted to share some close ups of himself.

Enjoy your funny animals!

Winning Tail

I read several blogs and especially like one called  365 Cat Ladies and Friends. The artist is Susan Faye and she claims her occupation as being a silver haired art goddess.  I love stopping by to see her new art and story.

I entered her December giveaway and won. Yea! I’ve been so out of the cyber world, that I failed to realize she included links to my shop and blog  in the Congratulations post. Thank you Susan.

I recently received the tote bag and love it. I think I will use it for my trips to the grocery store.  Susan has a wonderful shop on Etsy filled with nature and feline art.

I thought I would share these photos of Ozzbourne and Breeze enjoying the same treat on Christmas day.

Enjoy your Sunday!

Watching Tail

Posted by admin on January 8th, 2010

I have been MIA from the cyber world, but have been gladly back to work since Dec. 21st.  I’m so physically tired that I only find the energy for my animals and some light house work.

The Tail:

Discoverey watchingToday, a day off for me…Breeze suddenly jumped from my side onto her bird watching post. I decided to check it out and was surprised to see her watching a yard invader.  It was a big cat that is a pest.

Discovered watching 1I have seen this cat before and think it uses our yard as a litter pan. Unless Ozzy occasionally produces miniature land mines.  My nick name for dog poo-land mines. Would you want to step on one?

Discovered watching 2I praised Breeze afterward, she gave him a good long stare down.

Discovered watching 3Have a wonderful weekend and Happy New Year! I will try to stop by other blogs this weekend.
